These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with DogTrekly, which is operated by D1: business or legal name, D1: business address and country ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. An order is accepted once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.
Products and prices
We try to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but small differences from the photos can occur. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A change does not affect orders that were already paid. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices do not include sales tax, VAT or GST. We do not currently collect these taxes. Import duties are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a card without an account. You are charged when you place the order.

Product use and safety
- Always supervise your dog when using any of our products, check the fit regularly and stop using a product if it is damaged or your dog seems uncomfortable.
- Car seat belt: the tether is not crash-tested. It helps keep your dog in place during normal driving but is not a substitute for a crash-tested restraint. Always attach it to a harness, never to a collar.
- Cooling vest: helps your dog stay comfortable but does not prevent heatstroke. Avoid walks in extreme heat and provide water and shade.
- Carrier bag: check the weight limit before use and never leave your pet unattended in the bag.
- Our products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.
